4 AM, the lost hour
For several years, I’ve been of the belief that four in the morning is the lost hour. It’s an intermediary hour, between closure of the previous night & the start of the new day. Other than for a select few countries, most clubs/bars shutdown at 4 AM, whilst other than for the super-commuter (+75miles 1-way), it’s a rarely visited hour of the day.
