Today's Workout
I have 3 hours of sports tonight, but didn’t tell my trainer this morning.
I now wish I had.
Today was a full body exercise with lots of core. Oddly one of the easiest exercises was making me the most queasy. Which was a 15lb ball slam.
I had to take 3 breaks for a queasy stomach. I haven’t had to do that for about a year.
I did tell him that I needed to get into better shape...

As a gift, RedBreast 12 is a far greater gift to an Irishman than Jameson 18 or similar. To an Irishman RedBreast is the premium which the old guys drank in the corner of a pub. Paddy’s or Jameson was low to upper middle but RedBreast or Bushmill Black Bush is primo.
