Upped the ante today with the fitness program: (due to time, only 4 exercises today)

  • 4 sets of 48 seconds hollow hold + a 4 stomach/back stretch

  • 4 sets of 12 reps of extended situps  + 6 dumbbell extension stretch [Though, unlike below, I have to put my arms/feet on the ground every extension]
