The Kitano has a long history of presenting the best in Jazz entertainment. Our new restaurant, JAZZ at KITANO, will continue this tradition by showcasing live Jazz seven days each week. Depending on the evening, you can see true Jazz legends, new artists or sit in on our open jam nights.
The elegant dining room and jazz club is located in a historic former Rockefeller Family townhouse and features warm mahogany paneling, sumptuous banquettes, outstanding artwork and an atrium ceiling above its thirty foot ceiling.
P.S., The Kitano is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in NYC. The rooms are quiet, due to the soundproof windows. The staff is very attentive & the whole surroundings are very refined but not pretentious.
