Fitness Training Day #36

Today was mostly strength training, as the last session was fitness & cardiovascular. Which oddly & greatly wasn’t that difficult. Mostly chest & back exercises with a few arm muscle exercises as well.

Amazingly today was the 1st time ever I was capable of doing more than 3 pull-ups.  I’ve always been more into sports with more leg strength than upper body.

My trainer did say I may have chest & shoulder soreness today/tomorrow. Which is already true, with the discomfort with opening doors.

Even my 3rd most hated exercise wasn’t that bad. Which is:

  1. Hold yourself up on parallel bars. (your feet can rest on a stool)
  2. Raise & lower your upper body with your shoulders (no bending your elbow), 20x
  3. Rest
  4. Repeat
